We sell frozen spot prawn tails,harvested by our commercial boat. The prawns are processed aboard our boat using strict procedures to ensure quality.
Our Facility
Built in 2010, this 750 sqft. custom built facility doubles as a retail outlet and a frozen storage facility.
In season, customers are welcomed by live tanks full of lively prawns. Quality is maintained with our closed loop, temperature controlled system, that utilizes biological filters to ensure the environment is ideal for live prawns.
The facilty was also designed to hold a large quantity of frozen inventory. Our two large storage freezers used freezer plates and are able to hold prawns at -28 degrees celcius.
