Powell River Aikikai is dedicated to offering high-quality Aikido instruction.
We welcome new members to come and experience the benefits of this martial art. Prospective members are encouraged to contact us about our free trial classes. At Powell River Aikikai, we offer training in the traditional Aikikai style of Aikido, as created by the founder, Morihei Ueshiba (O’Sensei).
Powell River Aikikai is a member of the British Columbia Aikido Federation (BCAF) and the Canadian Aikido Federation (CAF). We are also affiliated with the Aikikai Foundation and the Aikido World Headquarters (Hombu Dojo) in Tokyo, Japan.
